php-5.3.0 rc1 is out. php-5.2.x will be obsoleted so it's good to prepare as all fedora versions will need 5.3.0

We're not putting prereleases in Fedora.  Remi looked at initial 5.3 work a while ago - come along to fedora-php-devel-list if you want to discuss it.
