Description of problem:
weechat does not load perl plugins, based on the startup text it appears it was compiled without perl support.

  $ rpm -q weechat
  weechat-0.2.6.1-1.fc11.i586

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.

It's weechat-0.3.0 already, and it works.
