rubygem-hoe-1.11.0-1.fc10.noarch is an obsoleted package and was never released to stable. I'm not sure how it ended up in updates, but I'll look into it. However, it was marked as obsoleted on 01 April 2009. I'll investigate and find out why it's showing up in updates.

The latest version, 1.12.1, is what's currently in testing. Please use that version instead and be sure to give it karma if you find it to be stable.

I've also contacted the package maintainer for rubygem-rake and he has submitted rubygem-rake to updates.
