Description Michal Jaegermann 2001-07-22 19:09:05 UTC
Description of Problem:

Nautilus is messing up windows updates on a desktop. Here is a great
example how my screen may look like with this concotion running.
See attached picture as description is beyond words.

How Reproducible:

I can reproduce but I have no idea how. This junk is rather unpredictable.

We had screwed up GTK, this is mostly not Nautilus's fault.

(The exact nature of the visual artifact is Nautilus' fault, but the fact that
it's lagging in doing the redraws was mostly GTK. This should be largely
fixed in Rawhide; we have one more fix we'd like to apply but it's an
optimization not a bugfix.)
