Yeah. R 2.9.0 pulls in R-Matrix. I'll do an obsoletes and EOL R-Matrix.

rpy-1.0.3-8.fc9, R-2.9.0-2.fc9 has been pushed to the Fedora 9 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
