Description of problem:
At installation time, progress bar while formatting goes like crazy

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rawhide
2 goes to formatting
  
Actual results:
while formatting, the progress bar goes like crazy

Expected results:
real progress bar


Additional info:
Didn't find this bug opened.
This is talked about in fedora testers 04/04 and still present
looks like some command output changed and the progress bar code hasn't been updated to use the good parameters.

We used to have code to parse the output of mkfs.ext* but don't do so anymore.  This is by design as the parsing was fairly ugly and fragile
