Ok, will assign uidgid pair 16:16 for oprofile. Created attachment 343488 [details]
Make use of the uid/gid number
This is proposed change to the oprofile.spec file. Checking to make sure the changes to the creation of uid and gid are correct, and no other options required for this.

Yep, looks sane for me... all things looks as reserved in uidgid file ( name uid gid homedir shell package oprofile 16 16 /home/oprofile /sbin/nologin oprofile ) The same reserved in Fedora Rawhide as well...
