Using the UPS on serial ports needs NUT Megatec driver

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 11 development cycle.
Changing version to '11'.

I am having the same problem. Past versions of Fedora have been able to detect my UPS without a problem. I have a CyberPower 1500 connected to my USB port. I tested it with Ubuntu 9.04 and it detects it fine.
