Description of problem:
After the last upgrade it seems not possible anymore to start "alevt" with a specific page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
alevt-1.6.2-12.fc10.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
From terminal:

alevt 100

or any other page.
  
Actual results:
X Error of failed request:  BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)
  Major opcode of failed request:  53 (X_CreatePixmap)
  Value in failed request:  0x0
  Serial number of failed request:  28
  Current serial number in output stream:  29

Expected results:
"alevt" should start and show the requested page, if available.

Additional info:
This was working until the last update.
