busybox-debuginfo is empty while busybox package contains ELF object.

busybox-debuginfo-1.2.0-5.el5.i386.rpm

1. rpm -qpl busybox-debuginfo-1.2.0-5.el5.i386.rpm
  
Actual results:
Empty package

Expected results:
Package contains debugging information
