Description of problem:
In KDE Help Center, the function of the "Next page" in "Go" menu does not work well.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdebase-3.5.4-20.el5

How reproducible:everytime


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch desktop by using KDE
2. Open the konsole, and type "khelpcenter"
3. Click some page in it.
4. Click "Go -> Previous Page" (Ctrl+PageUp)
5. Click "Go -> Next Page" (Ctrl+PageDown)
  
Actual results:
Nothing will happen when you click "Next Page"

Expected results:
After the step 5, the page will change to the next page.

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
