Description Guenther Deschner 2009-05-20 15:56:38 UTC
Description of problem:
Samba in Fedora creates a group called wbpriv with gid 88 during installation in order to share the permissions of a socket with squid. The new 5.4 package samba3x should also provide this generated group with the same gid (although squid in RHEL5 does not yet benefit from it).

Comment 1 Ondrej Vasik 2009-05-20 21:03:37 UTC
Ok, no problem ... unfortunately 1 week late to include it into 5.4 setup fastrack errata, so it has to wait for next setup RHEL-5 update.

Comment 2 RHEL Program Management 2009-11-06 18:44:09 UTC
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion, but this component is not scheduled to be updated in
the current Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. If you would like
this request to be reviewed for the next minor release, ask your
support representative to set the next rhel-x.y flag to "?".
