Description of problem:
It has been discovered upstream that the patch used for CVE-2009-1195 (just released via 5.3 Z-stream) breaks backwards compatibility with  mod_perl and some mod_perl-based applications.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rebuild mod_perl against new httpd

fail
