Description of problem:
The ltsp-build-client reports "The default plymouth plugin (.so) doesn't exist"
when installing the kernel.

mkinitrd was replaced by dracut in Fedora 12.
dracut has a similar install order problem that cannot be solved.
Worked around problem by running dracut a second time after the entire transaction.
