Yup, relocations were broken in rpm-4.0.2. Try rpm-4.0.3 from Raw Hide, or ftp://ftp.rpm.org/pub/rpm/test-4.0.3 |

How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Find a relocatable package, for example: abcde.rpm 2.Create directory '/home/lix' and give properly priviledge. 3.run 'rpm -i --prefix /home/lix abcde.rpm' on Red Hat 7.1. 4.Error occurs.
