The CUPS server does not know that mini.local is a valid name for that machine, probably because there is no reverse name lookup available for its interface address. Use 'ServerAlias mini.local' in the /etc/cups/cupsd.conf file on the server. mini is host name described in /etc/sysconfig/network. mini.local is correct mdns name for host, generated by avahi. avahi is discovery service used by cups... if it not a bug, then it a important feature. not? "mini.local" may be the correct mdns name, but it seems not to be the available DNS name for the IP address associated with any of the network interfaces for that machine. mdns names are not DNS names. |
