This message is a reminder that Fedora 11 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 30 (thirty) days from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 11. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '11'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 11's end of life. Description of problem: I have a fresh installation, with default settings. My panels size is configured with 26 pixels. Everything works fine, if I have the panel at the top or the bottom. However, after choosing "left" as the panels position, I no longer see the application icons in the window buttons. Instead, I only see two dots on any button. This is a regression from Fedora 10, where the same thing worked fine. Workaround: Change the panel size to 32 pixels. Choose "properties". Select "Left" for Orientation. Actual results: All window buttons do not contain icons, but only ".." Expected results: Either the default size of the panel should be sufficiently large to display icons, or the panel should scale icons or do something similar.
