Description Per Inge Mathisen 2009-06-18 19:57:12 UTC
Description of problem:
The vtk-qt patckage adds support for the old Qt3 library, which is no longer installed by most default setups on Fedora. It should link up against Qt4 instead. Also, its installed configuration files refer to Qt3 components that the package does not require, leading to broken compile builds. It should at the very least be renamed to vtk-qt3 and require qt3-devel to avoid confusion.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
vtk-qt-5.2.1-1.fc11.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
N/A

Steps to Reproduce:
N/A

Actual results:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/lib/libqt-mt.so', needed by ...

Expected results:
A neat successful build with modern Qt4.
