Description of problem:
When VDSM opens several VNC connections very quickly during windows boot qemu process hangs.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. start windows vm with vnc connection in vdsm
2. press connection button several times 
3.
  
Actual results:
qemu hangs

Expected results:
Several VNC client should be opened, guest continue running

kvm-83-94.el5:

boot windows/rhel guest, click vnc connection button 15-20 times.
tested 6 times. can not reproduce this issue.

Change the status to "VERIFIED" according to the test result.
