Description Josh Boyer 2009-06-26 01:47:03 UTC
Description of problem:

Identi.ca can support using OpenID to login. There is no interface to leverage this in the gwibber client. It would be nice to be able to use this mechanism.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[jwboyer@hansolo Desktop]$ rpm -q gwibber
gwibber-0.9.1-2.288bzr.fc11.noarch

Comment 1 Ian Weller 2009-06-26 17:56:02 UTC
Already reported, upstream, https://bugs.launchpad.net/gwibber/+bug/259634, will follow along

Comment 2 Ian Weller 2009-06-26 17:57:06 UTC
(Erk, however, the developer called it invalid recently because it's not supported by the Identi.ca API.)

Comment 3 Ian Weller 2009-09-06 17:06:20 UTC
Why was this CLOSED UPSTREAM?

Comment 4 Vedran Miletić 2009-09-06 17:32:05 UTC
Because it's reported upstream, and it's being handled there. As far as I'm aware, that is what closed upstream means.

Of course, if you are working on it, maybe it should be reopened. VERIFIED didn't make any sense ither way.
