Description of problem:
English spelling check has no function in ibus.After inputting the wrong English word, ibus don't have checking function.

ibus-1.2.0.20090617-1.fc12.i586

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure you have Chinese-PinYin in the input method.
2.In gedit, press Control+Space to launch Chinese-PinYin input method.
3.In the language panel, click "Configure PinYin" button, then select "General" tab, it will mark "English spelling check" by default.
4.Switch to English input mode by press "shift" button, then input "watn" and press "Enter" button. 

Actual results:
There isn't the red line under the "watn".

Expected results:
There is a red line under the "watn".
