Description of problem:
In earlier versions of Fedora G-P-M would consider the cumulative power remaining in the system.  Now with Fedora 11 G-P-M claims to be empty and throws all of the out of power alarms when the first battery is drained despite the fact that the second battery is ~96% full.

gnome-power-manager-2.26.1-3.fc11.i586
This wasn't a problem with Fedora 9 at least, I didn't run Fedora 10 on this system long enough to notice if this issue was present there.

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get two batteries for your system.
2. Disconnect from the wall so that the system is on battery power.
3. Notice that Gnome-Power-Manager tries to shutdown your system when the first battery is drained, despite the second battery having plenty of power.
  
Actual results:
Being shutdown 2-4hrs early.

Expected results:
Being able to use both batteries.
