Comment 1 Jason Tibbitts 2009-07-14 01:23:03 UTC
Is this different from the php-pecl-geoip that's already in the distribution?

Comment 2 Itamar Reis Peixoto 2009-07-14 01:27:24 UTC
it's the same, but php-pecl-geoip is in updates-testing

why new packages doesn't go direct to stable ?

Comment 3 Jason Tibbitts 2009-07-14 01:35:51 UTC
Perhaps because the maintainer wants some testing? It's certainly a good idea.

Comment 4 Andrew Colin Kissa 2009-07-14 08:15:18 UTC
I have pushed it to stable now.
