Description carll 2001-08-08 13:27:37 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010807

Description of problem:
Installer doesnt remember that it has formatted etc.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose to reformat hd
2. Choose packages (more than you can fit on your HD)
3. Click next, it will reformat, and _then_ tell you you havent got enough
diskspace
4. Next time it will also reformat

Expected Results: I would expect it to remember that it already has
formatted the partition.

For people with small drives, who will have a hard time to fit the
installation on the drive, this is a bit irritating when going back and
forward.

This will be handled in a future release - it is annoying but does not affect
the results of the install.

Comment 2 Michael Fulbright 2002-03-26 17:45:12 UTC
Deferring to future release.
