Description Gene Czarcinski 2009-07-17 16:31:13 UTC
Description of problem:
The "apply" button on the boot selection panel for a guest is a pain (I
often forget to do it after I change the boot device):

Preferred way to work: just change the boot device (eliminate the apply
button).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
virt-manager-0.7.0-5.fc11.x86_64

Comment 1 Mark McLoughlin 2009-08-11 16:41:41 UTC
Sounds reasonable, moving upstream

Comment 2 Cole Robinson 2009-11-16 19:14:58 UTC
It might be a pain, but we don't want to automatically change the guest XML without the users explicit consent (which is given by pressing the apply button). So while it might be inconvenient, it's really the only choice IMO.
