Do you have a soundcard with a sequencer device (what sound card do you have?) My sound card is a Creative Ensoniq ES1371 [AudioPCI-97]. I can't find anything in the documentation that mentions a sequencer device. The box says it has a built-in MIDI interface, if that means anything. That card does not have a HW midi synthesizer, so it doesn't have anything playmidi could use. |
