Description of problem:
Error appeared on RHEL6 x86_64 when I reinserted the install DVD into the USB DVD drive post install. For the record, this disc and drive were used to perform the install of this system. The error is:
Unable to mount RHEL/6.0 x86_64 Disc 1
org.freedesktop.DeviceKit.Disks.Error.Failed:
Error creating moint point: No such file or
directory
(I didn't misspell "mount", the dialog says "moint point")

RHEL6 alpha, I'm guessing this is part of the devicekit package.

Okay, this has nothing to do with Gnome and everything to do with the name of the disc. The disc has been named with a '/' in the title, which screws up everything.

Hello there,
I'm having a similar problem using RHEL 6 Beta 2 as a kvm virtual machine on a Fedora 13 host. When I connect the CDROM in the VM to the ISO DVD file Gnome (in the VM) does not mount the DVD. It just shows "Blank DVD Disc" icon preventing me from browsing the files.
If I "mount /dev/cdrom /mnt" as root it works fine but it does not work automatically as it have always been in Gnome. As an example, a Fedora 13 guest works as expected when connecting and disconnecting the an ISO file from virt-manager.
Is this related or should I file a new bug?
