Description of problem:
ibus toolbar currently uses the ibus icon (ibus-setup.svg)
for the config setup icon on the toolbar.  This is not
appropriate: please change it to the stock Preferences icon.

The icon is from each IME. This problem should move to each engines.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.

Discussed off line.
I agreed to use preferences-desktop icon but I also think to update UI strings.
I fixed this with an internal patch in Fedora at the moment.

The patch will be upstreamed in f14 time line.
