I'm puzzled of the "AC-Name" part here. I don't know what it is.
otaylor believes it could be "access concentrator".
In any case, this message probably needs to be reworded. Owen's suggestion is

  "Enter the access concentrator name if you have been given one by your ISP."
  "In most cases you can leave it blank."
