awstats rpm includes an extra file:

/usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl.CVE-2008-3714

Presumably comes from the patch -b and then %files including the whole directory.

awstats-6.9-4.fc11 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 11.
