"if ($?LANG)" on line 66 of /etc/profile.d/lang.csh needs to say "if
($?LANG) then".

This needs to be fixed before the next release, as it prevents people who
use tcsh as their login shell from logging in properly.

Yup, fixed in 6.22-1.
