Description of Problem:
Error setting up midi with sndconfig.  The hardware is a Dell Workstation
410 with Crystal audio controller CS4236B (as identified by sndconfig).

The error occurs when sndconfig trys to load module opl3 and results in
error message "device not found".

None of this occurs under 7.1 -- same hardware.
