Description of problem:
Opening a (presumably correct) SVG file gives an error message, no window opens.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
inkscape-0.47-0.16.pre2.20090907svn.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always (as far as I see)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.inkscape LowPass3poleICauer.svg

Actual results:
Error message about malformed file(s), no window shows up


Expected results:
Open file correctly.
