Description of problem:

# rpm -q --requires pptp | grep perl
/usr/bin/perl  
perl(Getopt::Long)  
perl(strict)  
perl(vars)  

Those are generated by the pptpsetup script.  We pull in pptp on the livecd now due to NetworkManager-pptp, which makes that script redundant.
