Description of problem:
NetworkManager try to up dialup connection but can not. After, it is neccessary to re-connect phone to cable, because internal modem is not accessible any more.

NetworkManager-0.7.996-3.git20090921.fc12.i686

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup dial-up connection by USB cable in NetworkManager
2. Connect phone
3. Start dial-up connection by mobile phone
  
Actual results:
NetworkManager can not up mobile dial-up


Expected results:
NetworkManager can manage mobile dial-up

Problem is in ModemManager, not in NetworkManager.

Excellent, can you try http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=139944 for me and let me know if it works?  I'll probably push that as an F12-updates-testing build right after release.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
