Description of problem:
The scroll wheel on my mouse does not work in netscape. It works fine in
konqueror and mozilla, but not netscape.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.startup netscape
2.
3.
	

Actual Results:  netscpe started and ran ok, but I was unable to scroll
down the page with my mouse wheel.

A lot of apps suffer from this - see also acroread. 
There is a solution for netscape via changing app-defaults.

netscape will not be in future Red Hat Linux products; hence, these issues will
most likely not be fixed.
