Is netcfg and redhat-config-network the same beast?

Why are there two products in bugzilla for this one program then?

Comment 3 Trond Eivind Glomsrxd 2001-08-27 19:22:30 UTC
They are not the same program. There is no netcfg in the RC2 (? how can you file
against that - it's not finished)

Comment 4 Kjartan Maraas 2001-08-27 19:38:24 UTC
what confused me is that cvs -z3 co netcfg on sources redhat.com gives me
redhat-config-network. I did make; perl netcfg.py; and up pops
redhat-config-network.

Cheers

Obvious typo above. s/perl/python

Comment 6 Trond Eivind Glomsrxd 2001-08-28 00:06:55 UTC
Hmm... it's just using the generic_yesno_dialog() function.

Fixed in 0.7.9-1
