Description of problem:
After upgrade channel names are multiple times in list of parent channel

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat520->sat530
sat500>sat530

rhn-upgrade-5.3.0.24-1

How reproducible:
always after upgrade
tried rhel5 and rhel4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sat520 -> sat530
2. create channel 'my-channel', base channel is nothing
3. create channel 'child-of-my-channel', base channel = my-channel
  
Actual results:
There is list of base channels, but strange results in this list. All channels are doubled / tripled. Channel my-channel is 4times there.

Expected results:
only one channel
