Use limits.h instead of locally defined path length limit and add missing include

The collector uses PATH_MAX, and should therefore include limits.h. As a bonus, readahead.c should not use a locally defined path length limit; PATH_MAX should be used instead.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
