python-biopython-1.52-1.fc11 has been pushed to the Fedora 11 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with 
 su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update python-biopython'.  You can provide feedback for this update here: http://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/F11/FEDORA-2009-10527

Can you test the package on F-10 or F-11 in updates-testing (using the instructions above) and give it some karma +1 points if it works for you (or -1 points if it doesn't).  That way it will be pushed to stable sooner.
