amanda-2.6.0p2-8.fc11.i586

By default amandabackup user is member of disk group only.
Default permissions on /dev/changer and /dev/st0 now allow access only to root and tape group:

ls -l /dev/st0 /dev/sg4
crw-rw----. 1 root tape 21, 4 2009-10-15 04:30 /dev/sg4
crw-rw----. 1 root tape  9, 0 2009-10-15 04:30 /dev/st0


amandabackup has to be added to tape group

Hello Vadym,

thanks for letting me know about this problem. I will fix it on all branches, because without the proper access rights, Amanda cannot function at all. For Fedora 12 I will have to break devel freeze, but IMHO this change is worth it.

now fixed in rawhide (amanda-2.6.0p2-14.fc13), other branches will follow.
