Description of problem:

If libotf is built without libXaw-devel installed the command 'otfview' will exit with the following error message

Building of this program failed (lack of some header files)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Tested both 0.9.8 and 0.9.9

Additional info:

Rebuilding the package with libXaw-devel resolves the issue, otfview works after this.
