ucview-0.30 is already available. Please consider upgrading. Changelog shows some bugfixes.

0.23-4.fc12

Additional information:
ucview plugins seem to have been split into a separate tarball, thus you'll probably need to introduce a -devel package to build them.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.
