Description of problem:
When offering to print a test page for a newly added printer,
initialise the properties dialog so that we know the correct page size
but don't present it on the screen.  This avoids leaving it around
with only "Cancel" clickable.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add new printer
2.Print a test page when prompted

Actual results:
Properties dialog must be cancelled, which seems strange.

Expected results:
No dialog to cancel.
