Description of problem:
if I change order in preferences dialog the order in applet stays the same but it should be changed also

ibus-1.2.0.20091014-2.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add some input methods via preferences dialog and check the order in applet
2.change the order via prefs dialog and chaeck order in applet menu again
3.
  
Actual results:
the order stays the same

Expected results:
it should correspond with prefs order

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.

Fixed in upstream. I will build it for fedora soon.
