Description:
The Web Services Description Language for Java Toolkit (WSDL4J) allows the
creation, representation, and manipulation of WSDL documents describing
services.  This codebase will eventually serve as a reference implementation
of the standard created by JSR110.

How does this differ from the existing wsdl4j package that's already in Fedora?

Sorry, it doesn't differ at all -- the JPackage version has a different name and I didn't realise that this was the same package ultimately.
