Description of problem:

$ file asterisk-sounds-core-es-ulaw-1.4.16-2.fc12.noarch/usr/share/asterisk/sounds/es/digits/star.ulaw 
Segmentation fault
$ rpm -q file
file-5.03-9.fc12.x86_64

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 12 development cycle.
Changing version to '12'.

a patch for the segfault

a pointer ran away, a condition added to for cycle
