vhostmd (review bug 517488, spec [1]) requires a user and group
called 'vhostmd'.  I would like to request a fixed UID and GID
for these.

No problem with rawhide (and RHEL-6) setup update with reserved fixed UID/GID for vhostmd ... Will inform you about the numbers once reserved.

Reserved uidgid pair 112:112 in setup-2.8.10-1.fc13, closing RAWHIDE.
