features needed:

display metric data in tabular format
chart selected metric data
links to metric details pages
display last trait data in tabular format below metric data table
links to trait history page

also, include JSF-based metric display range component

rev2551 Work in progress, add resource group metric tables (Monitor+ -> tables subtab).  Added common tables.xhtml and MetricsTableUIBean to support the various entity contexts.  Refactored resource metric tables to use the new setup.  Still need to clean up and get metric comparison in place.

rev 2564 Added in Resource Group Member Metric Comparison.  Fixed some confusion around definition vs schedule use. Hopefully just some cleanup remaining.

rev2570 fixed back nav and min selected for group table metric compare.  Added metric charting for resource metric table.  Need to add in time range selection.

rev2579 Migrate Monitor+ tab to be the Monitor tab, remove the legacy Monitor tab.  In general links that navigated to resource or group "CurrentHealth" (the visibility charts) should now nav to the Monitor.Graphs subtab.  There are a lot of occurrences of this so please let me know if you see something I missed.

This feature is implemented.  Any remaining issues can be handled with new Jiras.

Data appears correct and properly formatted, tested time range adjustment, chart selection and button. rev3351
