the agent plugin now provides remote control features over its VM.

On windows, there is two new child services- rhq-agent-env.bat and Java Service Wrapper.  They both have config settings and the JSW has controls (start/stop/install/remove). This is how you control the VM configuration of the agent (you can set VM settings and restart the agent).

On unix, there will be two new child services similar to above to control the config of the agent on unix.

I need to document all of this - its very flexible but can be confusing without documentation.

This doc should also talk about agent auto-update too.
